Terms of Service

• AegisGrid is provided as-is, without guarantees of uptime or accuracy.
• Moderation actions taken with AegisGrid feed a global Trust Score that can place a user on the automatic cross-server blacklist. Server staff must only kick, ban, time out or complain for real rule-breaking.
• AegisGrid leaves any server whose owner is on the global blacklist, and can be invited back once the owner's score recovers.
• AegisGrid watches for moderator abuse. A moderator flagged a second or third time loses Trust Score points, the server loses reputation, and after a third offence AegisGrid leaves that server for 90 days.
• Servers with a reputation below −1000 over 12 months can't use AegisGrid until it recovers.
• Abusing moderation commands or complaints to lower someone's score may lead to AegisGrid leaving your server.
• You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines while using AegisGrid.
• Paid plans (Shield and Grid) are subscriptions for one Discord server, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the dashboard (Plans → Manage billing); the plan then stays active until the end of the period already paid for. Prices are shown before you pay and may change for future periods with notice.
